Fast-forward to August, and Manos is delivering a blistering set about cocks, the clitoris, and the Greek influence upon the genesis of the English language. Encouraged by the prevalence of deep-rooted British xenophobia, he throws in some material about the cheating Turks, and stresses the gayness of the Persians. About half-way through, however, he begins a study of the etymology of "orgasm" and senses a lull. Sweating, he curses himself for overestimating his audience, but quickly remembers a brilliant "Arse Farm" gag from last month’s Viz. It goes down well.
