The building's towering ceiling seems impressive at first sight; but in the daytime, when not full, it's a depressing place dominated by the stench of stale beer on carpet.

Still, if cost is the key criterion then Standing Order beats its rivals comfortably. The service and atmosphere might leave much to be desired, but this will always be a top option for those chasing the cheapest pint in town.
